Quality Assurance

Our injection molding facilities are highly versatile; operating about 30 injection machines with 50-800 tons of clamping force. The division also operates two-component injection molding machines, manipulators, peripherals and robots. Strict quality control and quality assurance systems are applied in all our activities, which comply with international standards and production floor management via an advanced ERP system.

Quality in Maalot is a top priority. We operate quality assurance and control at every stage of the production process. Our quality experts perform ongoing mold inspections, sample testing and product assessments, throughout the production and prior to shipment. The department is headed by a Quality Assurance Manager, along with a quality control laboratory, equipped with cutting edge technology – enabling measurement of distances, heights, diameters and arcs, geometric shapes, MFI devices and others.
