Quality assurance and control

Quality in Maalot is a top priority.

We operate quality assurance and control at every stage of the production process.

Our quality experts perform ongoing mold inspections, sample testing and product assessments, throughout the production and prior to shipment.

The department is headed by a Quality Assurance Manager, along with a quality control laboratory, equipped with cutting edge technology – enabling measurement of distances, heights, diameters and arcs, geometric shapes, MFI devices and others.

Our certifications:

ISO:9001 for quality

ISO 14001 for environmental management and

ISO 45001 for health and safety management.

The certification is performed annually by the IQC Institute and directly relates to the manufacturing of sophisticated plastic injection products including printing, painting, hot stamping, decoration and assembly.
